EQ don't working

Purhased it yesterday and installed to my XBOX series X. All functionality of the app seems good, but EQ don't working, can't adjust it, and there aren't any presets to set. So dear employees, creators, please do something with this issue or bug.

Positive : Good player. Many options.Negative : Can't automaticlty load subtitles .srt format from remote location.You can't change the subtitle path to a remote location on your local network.
